The following definitions apply throughout these terms. A Gambling Agreement is a risk-based contract for potential winnings, accepted by all participants under a defined set of rules. Betting is a form of gambling based on predicting the outcomes of uncertain events. A Bet refers to funds — monetary or electronic — staked by a Client to participate in gambling according to the stated rules. The Gambling Organizer (Betting Company) is Bizbon N.V., licensed under Curaçao gaming license No. 8048/JAZ2016-065. A Client is an individual who places bets on event outcomes; legal entities are not permitted to participate as clients.
An Outcome is the result of an event on which a bet has been placed. The Betting Line (Sports) is the full set of events, outcomes, and odds made accessible for betting at any given time. Winnings are the funds or property awarded to a Client based on the result of a gambling event, calculated according to these rules. Odds are numerical values that reflect the estimated probability of an outcome and determine the payout for a winning bet. Bet Cancellation or Refund means setting the odds to 1, which results in a return of the staked amount under specific conditions.
Regular Time refers to the standard duration of a match, including stoppage time but excluding extra time or penalty shootouts. A Personal Account is the online interface through which Clients manage their bets, balances, and account activity via a web browser. Authorization Data includes credentials such as login and password used to verify a Client’s identity when accessing the platform.
Every Client is expected to read and understand the betting and gaming terms before placing any wager. If any part of these terms is unclear, we recommend requesting clarification about the specific event or game, contacting our support team for assistance, and refraining from placing bets until you are fully informed. We are not liable for actions taken by Clients who proceed without a clear grasp of the participation or betting rules.
The Theoretical Return to Client is a calculated percentage that represents the portion of bets potentially returned to players over a large number of rounds. This value is statistical and theoretical — it does not guarantee specific returns in any individual session. Clients may experience wins or losses regardless of this figure.
